Welcome to the registration site for the 34th IFIP/IEEE International Conference on Very Large Scale Integration Systems-on-Chip. Prior to registration, please make sure to book your hotel on time due to limited availability. In addition, please check the application request for a visa here. The registration types are explained below.
VLSI-SOC 2026 Registration
- Full Registration: Includes access to all sessions, symposium proceedings, Program Booklet, coffee breaks, lunches (Sunday Tutorials, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday), Welcome Reception (Monday), and Social Event (Tuesday).
- Student Registration: Includes access to all sessions, symposium proceedings, Program Booklet, coffee breaks, lunches, and Welcome Reception. Social Event is included. A valid student card is required.
- Sunday Tutorial: Access to tutorial presentations on Sunday, including coffee breaks and lunch.
- One Day Registration: Includes access to all sessions, symposium proceedings, coffee breaks, and lunch for the chosen day. Social Event is not included.
A one-stop-shop software is used for the registration and local arrangements, www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. The whole process is very easy to use, is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants can also book their accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at specially negotiated conference rates.
Please note that the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the booking process in steps/periodically. The system will accept unlimited changes/updates up to the closing of the online registration process before the start of the conference etc. (subject to availability).

- Create Account: Create an “EasyConferences” account through www.easyconferences.org
- Verify E-mail: Activate your account, by clicking on the activation link sent to you.
- Log-in: After Verifying your email, you may log in through the direct link: www.easyconferences.org/vlsisoc2026/register in order to register (please note that if you log-in through www.easyconferences.org and not the direct link, you will need to locate the conference within the list of conferences).
- Create Order: Finalise the registration securely through the online payment methods.
- Done!

Note: Each accepted paper must have an author registered with a Regular Registration Fee by 21 August 2026. One registration covers one paper; authors registering two or more papers need to select the corresponding number of registration fees. Author Regular Fees include access to all sessions, Symposium Proceedings, Conference Material, coffee breaks and lunches for the days of the conference, the Welcome Reception, and the Social Event.

*Student Registration requires valid documentation proving registered student status (student's ID Card or a letter from the Head of Department/Director of Doctoral School prepared on the notepaper of the institution), to be sent to info@easyconferences.eu.
Late Registration – Non-Author (22 Aug 2026 – 11 Oct 2026)
Late registration opens on 22 August 2026. Please check the registration platform for the applicable fees.
One-Day Registration (Non-Author)

One-Day Registration is only available to non-authors and includes access to the sessions of the chosen day plus coffee breaks and lunch for that day. Attendees wishing to attend more than one day must select a Regular registration instead. Authors must select an Author Registration in order to register a paper.
